Alot said they wouldnt even get past the Nuggets in the Conference Finals but the talent & hardwork showed through. Alot said that Kobe Bryant would never win a Chip w/o Shaquille O'neal... that argument is now tarnished because Kobe now has his 4th Championship. FRESH SOLES: Nike Dynasty Leather [81]

Obviously, the latest trend is the High-Top Sneaker and Nike is capatilizing on it's fame as one of the best in the High-Top game of old by bringing back a classic, the Nike Dynasty, that were released in 1981, re-released in 1985 and hasn't been seen since EIGHT FIVE FRESH was Born(85' of course!). I usually don't use these kind of words to describe material things, but these are absolutely beautiful! They kinda remind you of the Nike Vandal that was retroed in the early & mid parts of this decade, but then again... alot of Nike's sneakers had this similar look until about 1987 when things started getting futuristic in Nike & societal trends. APPARENTLY, WE'RE STUCK IN THE PAST PEOPLE!... lol, But with these and other releases coming from Nike... We're Completely Fine With That. haha.

Okay... you peeped the Wh/Blk/Teal/Pink of these Nike Air Hoop Structure Triax the other day(which means their probably down the page just a little bit), but for you peeps that rather a dark color... this is for you! Black & Aqua... reminiscent of the classic Air Jordan VIII(8) All-Star AQUA. Man... These are FIRE! Both Colors! And after seeing the back for the first time... I'm definitely sold. One of these OR Both will be in my closet when they release Fall/HOLIDAY 2009.

Air Jordan I Metallic "Do The Right Thing" Pack

Low Quality pics surfaced of these bad boys earlier this year, but these are finally legit photos of the shoes releasing. This Jordan pack is inspired by Spike Lee’s classic film, "Do The Right Thing" and is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the movie w/ 2 commerative sneakers clad in metallic for the OG Jordan I feel. Nice colorways, but def. not a fan of the pebbled leather... may pass, may copp. Not Sure. But look for these to be available later this Summer or early Fall.

Note: This Air Jordan I is actually the closest to the Originals that we've ever seen! Kudos to Jordan for not laming this jawn out. haha.

Kanye West FREE Chicago Show for CPS Students @Chicago Theatre

Kanye West performs Live for a Free Show he put on at the Chicago Theatre for the Chicago Public Schools. Word is only 3,000 students were let in... and to top it off, by looking at the video, the show wasn't even that good! The very first song "Amazing"... he messes up the lyrics. The lyrics to his own song! Then instead of adlibbing he decides to take an awkward break and stop the song to put another song on... which took a while for some reason. SMH. I guess it's free so what do you expect... I expect better out of an artist if their going to do a Free Show for Kids. Anyway... it's a nice gesture for the public school students who've had a rough year w/ voilence in school... so Kudos Kanye!

LAKERS Win A Thriller Game 4 in OT!......... One Win Away from the Chip.

After an OT Thriller in Game 4... Lakers looking to finish in 5.

Last night's game was one to remember and definitely Must-watch Basketball! The Magic held a convincing lead virtually all game due to good shooting and lop-sided help from the Refs (dont blame me... watch the game for yourself) and ended up losing in OT due to terrible foul shooting, decision-making, & the Lakers Derek Fisher & Kobe Bryant. The game in the 4th Quarter was almost a joke as the MAGIC went on to shoot 15+ foul shots & having ONE Team Foul to the LAKERS shooting 2 Foul Shots(coming in the final minute) & having 10+ Team Fouls. Now, one can say that the Magic were simply just creating more contact... but that's balogna! The Lakers def. were the more agressive team especially late in the game and they couldnt get a call! Check out the pic below of Kobe going hard to the hoop... you can see the hard fouls coming... NO FOUL WAS CALLED. Seriously, Look Out for Referee SCOTT FOSTER Being Investigated after his stunts last night and key fouls not being called from his side of the court.

Anyway... the Lakers won and nobody was worried about the rediculous foul discrepancy and terrible foul calling because the Cousin PHIL & The Lake-Show are ONE WIN AWAY from the 2009 NBA Championship. I think they'll close it out in 5 Games in Orlando on Sunday but I'd love to see them win it on their home court. Either way... POP CHAMPAGNE!!! Oooooo!
