L.A. & Staples Center host NBA All-Star 2011

Los Angeles & STAPLES Center, considered one of the world's best arenas for sports and entertainment, have been selected to host NBA All-Star 2011, marking the fifth time The City of Angels and the second time STAPLES Center will be the site of the annual celebration, NBA Commissioner David Stern announced at a press conference today in L.A.
The 60th NBA All-Star Game will be played on Sunday, February 20 at STAPLES Center which will also host the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam and NBA All-Star Saturday Night. Los Angeles becomes the first city to host five NBA All-Star Games.
STAPLES Center last played host to NBA All-Star in 2004, when the Los Angeles Lakers' Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant combined for 44 points as the West edged the East 136-132. O'Neal earned MVP honors with 24 points and 11 rebounds. L.A. also hosted the All-Star Game in 1963, 1972 and 1983. The Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena hosted All-Star in 1963, while the Forum hosted the other '72 and '83 games. The 1972 classic saw the Lakers' Jerry West thrill the hometown fans with a last-second jumper that gave the West a 112-110 victory and netted him MVP honors.

This Fire Kicks are both styles of the Nike Air Max 1 ND from the Safari Pack for the Fall of 2009! These joints are too fly and used the Safari Print PERFECTLY. Loving the colorways to but the Purple jawns are the stand outs. These will come in Men's & Ladies, I believe, and I always felt that not all women look good in Air Force 1's but chicks always look good in Air Max's!

Adidas Canvas Superstar "Loi Fanles"

The Adidas Superstar is a staple shoe of the 20th century, so it’s nice to see the classic shoe revamped to our modern taste. This Adidas Canvas Superstar comes in a navy/red/white colorway, with a canvas upper and leather shell toe instead of the typical rubber one. The shoe is offset by a white tre-foil and midsole. The shoes come with regular navy laces and these colorful white laces pictured here. On the inner lining, the Adidas logo is printed along with the text “loi fanles” printed over it in red. This shoe is part of Adidas’s Spring 09 releases which means it’ll be out soon.

NIKEiD Bespoke Air Force 1 "Brian A. Ruffin"

The Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke has been dropping in many personalized styles, including this Nike AF1 Bespoke by Brian A. Ruffin at 21 Mercer. These Bespokes definitely take after some Jordans, with its elephant cement print on the back heel panel. The shoe also features a white leather toe area, grey suede side panel, black midsole, black leather swoosh, and icey translucent outsole as most Bespokes sport. The lacelocks are customized to read “3477.” The back heel tab rocks a nice black leather material as well to finish off this shoe.

*Note: I think this is some of the best Elephant Print I've seen since the OG Air Jordan III's from 1988'... that's saying ALOT!
