One thing I wasn't fond of was the fact that Lebron left off the court w/o shaking the hands of the winning team. That's Unsportsmanlike and Not Classy at all. The Fans expect more... maybe they'll get the match-up their hoping for in 2010. Believe Me... The CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL BE BACK.
But for now... it's LAKERS v MAGIC in the 2009 NBA FINALS! It looks to be a Good One!

Nike ALPHOLUTION Sneakers...

Nike Basketball continues their development of hybrid classics with a new pair of kicks, dubbed the Alpholution. This latest rendering features a take on the timeless Alpha Force sneaker, made popular by the Chuckster aka Charles Barkley in the late 80s. The kicks implement a familiar color scheme with the usage of a black/white backdrop accented with teal and a hint of orange. A release is slated for July 1st, with a load of other Fall 2009 colorways in the works.

SMH: Mike Tyson's Daughter, 4, Taken Off of Life Support after Found Hanging.

Mike Tyson's 4-year-old daughter was taken off life support and pronounced dead at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, one day after she was discovered hanging from a treadmill cable in her family's Phoenix home, police said.

Exodus Tyson's' 7-year-old brother found her Monday with her neck in a cord dangling from the exercise machine, police Sgt. Andy Hill said.
"There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus," the family said in a statement. "We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal."

- I heard about what happened yesterday but never got a story on it until today. There is said to be absolutely no foul play and just strictly a freak accident. It's truly tragic considering all of what Tyson has went through. Hopefully he can find God in these situations and in all of his situations. But with her young age, he can rest assured his daughter is an Angel up in Heaven now.

R.I.P. - EXODUS TYSON... Pray for the family and other families that have had recent losses.

Eight Five Fresh LOVES COLOR and you'll notice that when the first collection drops later this year... so these bad boys are right up our alley! This showcase is of Makoto of Five Star Japan newly designed Bespoke Air Force 1. This custom sneaker was created with almost a full spectrum of colors and all-over cement print on the upper. I Might have to dig deep to try and get a pair... if they even have more than just a few! haha.

FIGHTS & SHOTS At The DRAKE SHOW LIVE In CHICAGO

Yo... I know it's a day or two late & this is the last on Drizzy for awhile... LOL.

Anyway... Drake did a concert this past Friday(5/15) at Chicago's House Of Blues and apparently didn't even take the stage until like 3:30am (the doors opened at 11:30). The show was said to be DECENT at best (take a look at the vid for yourself... he kinda awkward on-stage). As Drake was closing out his set, a brawl broke out in the crowd (DAMM) and here we have some footage of said fight (about 2:40 sec. in). As you'll see... Lupe Fiasco gets on stage and is "holding" Drake back. KINDA FUNNY. Lol.

After the show, however, things got a bit more Gully and someone licked off a few shots in the middle of the street and yelled "Free Bump J". A 21 yr. old man ended up getting shot in the "buttocks" as a result. SMH... Lmao. Made the 2nd Page of the Sun-Times..... which is DEFINITELY Not a Good Look for the Chi right now. I still wanna check out the next hip-hop show at House of Blues this summer, regardless.

As an NBA player Wayman Tisdale averaged over 15 points and six rebounds per game in a 12-season professional career with the Indiana Pacers, Sacramento and Phoenix Suns. In 1997, Tisdale retired to focus on his "first love", his musical career. He launched his music career with Power Forward in 1995 on the Motown Label. Primarily a bass player, he recorded eight albums, with the 2001 release Face to Face climbing to No. 1 on Billboard's contemporary jazz chart. In 2002, he was awarded the Legacy Tribute Award by the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame. In March 2007, Tisdale underwent treatment for cancer in his knee (osteosarcoma), which was discovered after he fell down a flight of stairs in his home on February 8, and broke his leg. In August 2008, Tisdale had part of his right leg amputated because of the bone cancer but never got down on himself and continued his musical career with his most last release, Rebound, which was written and released in Summer 2008 after he had been diagnosed with cancer. Tisdale died the morning of May 15, 2009 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was 44 Years Old.

If you haven't seen it yet... here's the KOBE BRYANT: DOIN' WORK Documentary. It was directed & produced by Spike Lee and Narrated by Kobe himself. I watched it from beginning to end last night and I think it's AWESOME!!! I'm definitely copping it on DVD when it drops. But for now... this vid will do just as good.

Oh and props to the Lakers for FINALLY getting past the Rockets today in Game 7. THANK GOD! lol. I dont know what they were on but they can't do that against Chauncey & the Nuggets! Back in 1993 the Greatest AKA Michael Jordan dropped 64 points in a losing effort against Shaq’s Magic. To commemorate his 60 point achievement along with other 60 plus performances the Jordan brand will be releasing commerative packs in 2009 of the sneakers worn during these feats. The AJ I's Bulls vs. Celtics were posted the other day.

In this pack the Retro of the OG ‘92 Air Jordan VII (Not to be Confused with the "Raptors" Retro Plus from 2002) is set to release in this Blk/Charcoal/Red colorway along with an Orlando Magic inspired Wh/Royal Blue/Blk Air Jordan VII on August 22nd.

I actually think this is one of the packs that I like both shoes in. VERY RARE For Me. Lol. MIGHT COPP. They're Definitely HEATERZ tho... Check Em Out.

Look, I know it came out like this past weekend, but so what? lol. It's the best time of the year in sports... The NBA PLAYOFFS!!! And it's a pretty nice commercial, since IMO Nike has been slipping these past few years heavy. The True Question is... KOBE OR LEBRON?
